This paper proposes a systematic methodology tailored for small-scale projects, integrating lean construction principles, material efficiency, and precision application techniques. The study introduces performance indices including cost efficiency ratio, time productivity factor, and quality consistency index. Results indicate that optimized strategies can reduce costs by up to 35% while maintaining high-quality finishing standards. The findings are particularly relevant for residential and small commercial construction sectors in regions such as Bali. ABSTRAK (INDONESIA) Proyek pengecatan interior skala kecil memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam efisiensi biaya dan waktu. Penelitian ini mengembangkan metode teknik untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas. Hasil menunjukkan penghematan biaya hingga 35% dengan kualitas tetap tinggi. This research addresses these challenges by introducing optimized engineering strategies specifically designed for small-scale interior painting. 1.
