This study presents a comprehensive engineering framework for achieving refined interior painting finishes through optimized material selection, surface preparation, and application techniques. The research integrates coating science, surface engineering, and quality control systems to ensure uniformity, smoothness, and defect minimization. Results indicate that systematic finishing methodologies can improve surface neatness by up to 93% and significantly reduce rework costs. This study is highly relevant for modern construction practices in high-demand regions such as Bali. Penelitian ini membahas metode teknik untuk menghasilkan finishing yang halus dan bersih. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas hingga 93%. Modern refined finishing systems aim to eliminate these defects through controlled processes, advanced materials, and strict quality standards. 1.
