Introduction In professional land development, the precision of a parcel's dimensions determines the feasibility of structural design. Many developers rely solely on administrative documents (SHM), ignoring the fact that these documents were often generated using legacy surveying techniques that do not account for modern geodetic reference frames. 2. The Mechanics of Spatial Error The difference between the "paper area" and "ground area" is often caused by the distortion inherent in mapping three-dimensional terrain into two-dimensional documents. The area of a parcel in a non-Euclidean space, considering the slope ($\alpha$), is defined as: $$ A_{actual} = \frac{A_{map}}{\cos(\alpha)} $$ Where $A_{map}$ is the area measured on a flat plane and $\alpha$ is the surface inclination angle.
