The research focuses on reducing application time while maintaining high-quality coating performance. Experimental results show that rapid painting methods can reduce project duration by up to 50% without compromising durability or aesthetic quality. The study is highly relevant for fast-track construction projects in tropical environments such as Bali. ABSTRAK (INDONESIA) Efisiensi waktu dalam pekerjaan finishing sangat penting dalam proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini membahas metode pengecatan interior cepat dengan tetap menjaga kualitas hasil. Hasil menunjukkan pengurangan waktu hingga 50% tanpa mengurangi daya tahan dan estetika.
