This paper presents a comprehensive study on modern painting systems used in building interiors, focusing on coating chemistry, application efficiency, environmental sustainability, and long-term durability. The research evaluates multi-layer coating systems, spray technologies, and nano-based materials. Results indicate that modern systems improve coating lifespan by up to 80%, reduce application time by 40%, and enhance surface quality. These findings are particularly relevant for high-humidity tropical regions such as Bali. Penelitian ini membahas sistem pengecatan modern dengan fokus pada efisiensi, daya tahan, dan kualitas hasil akhir. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan umur cat hingga 80% dan efisiensi waktu hingga 40%. In modern construction, especially in tropical climates, challenges such as humidity, temperature fluctuations, and biological growth require advanced solutions. Modern systems integrate high-performance coatings, optimized application methods, and strict quality control procedures to ensure durability and aesthetic excellence. 1.
