Analysis of 118 sites reveals that 37% of cases show strong indicators of deliberate manipulation, while 63% are attributable to natural or administrative factors, with average manipulated discrepancies reaching 22–46%. The framework provides probabilistic classification, anomaly detection, and evidentiary mapping suitable for legal proceedings.
