We propose a high-efficiency flow model for small-scale site development, ensuring structural integrity and long-term maintenance accessibility. 1. Introduction Small-scale construction projects in Bali often neglect hydraulic load calculations, leading to premature saturation of leach fields and groundwater contamination. This paper presents an analytical framework for calculating wastewater discharge ($Q_w$) and designing septic filtration systems compliant with tropical soil conditions. 2. Methodology and Load Calculations To determine the required septic tank volume and pipe sizing, we employ the standard loading rate based on resident occupancy. For residential occupancy ($N$), the wastewater discharge per capita ($q$) is estimated at 150 liters/day.
