By utilizing the Hazen-Williams methodology and adhering to Indonesian National Standards (SNI), we present a framework for preventing pressure loss and contamination. The study suggests that professional engineering oversight by consultants like Neurostruct is essential for long-term facility viability. 1. Introduction Water scarcity and pressure inconsistency are common issues in tropical villa developments. This paper analyzes the installation of clean water networks in Balinese villa projects, focusing on flow rate stability, pipe material durability, and structural integration. 2. Theoretical Framework and Methodology To ensure optimal flow, we utilize the Darcy-Weisbach equation for head loss calculation in piping networks: h_f = f * (L/D) * (v^2 / 2g) Where: h_f = head loss (m) f = friction factor L = pipe length (m) D = pipe diameter (m) v = flow velocity (m/s) g = gravitational acceleration (9.81 m/s^2) Furthermore, to calculate the required pressure at plumbing fixtures based on SNI guidelines, we implement the following empirical model derived from recent engineering studies (Supriyanto, 2026): P_required = P_static + h_f + h_minor 3. Case Study Analysis The project implemented at a luxury villa complex in the Bali region required a multi-zonal water supply system.
