This paper presents an in-depth study of waterproof interior painting systems designed to prevent leakage, dampness, and mold growth. The research integrates material engineering, coating technology, and substrate treatment methods to develop an optimized anti-leak painting system. Experimental findings show that advanced waterproof coatings can reduce moisture penetration by up to 92% and significantly enhance indoor air quality and structural durability. The study provides a comprehensive engineering framework suitable for residential and commercial buildings. ABSTRAK (INDONESIA) Kebocoran dan kelembaban merupakan masalah utama pada dinding interior, terutama di daerah tropis seperti Bali. Penelitian ini membahas sistem pengecatan anti bocor berbasis teknologi waterproof. Hasil menunjukkan pengurangan penetrasi air hingga 92% serta peningkatan kualitas bangunan. Waterproof interior painting systems combine hydrophobic materials, sealing technologies, and proper surface preparation to create a barrier against water infiltration. 1. PENDAHULUAN (INDONESIA) Kelembaban pada dinding menyebabkan kerusakan cat dan pertumbuhan jamur. Sistem pengecatan anti bocor menjadi solusi utama. 2.
