This research investigates strategies for achieving cost-efficient interior painting without compromising quality and durability. The study integrates material optimization, labor productivity enhancement, and workflow efficiency. Analytical and field-based results indicate that cost savings of up to 35% can be achieved through optimized material selection, reduced waste, and efficient application techniques. The study is highly relevant for construction projects in cost-sensitive and high-humidity environments such as Bali. ABSTRAK (INDONESIA) Efisiensi biaya merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini membahas strategi pengecatan interior hemat biaya tanpa mengurangi kualitas. In regions like Bali, where construction costs must be carefully controlled due to fluctuating material prices and environmental conditions, cost-efficient methods are essential. 1.
