This paper presents a standardized engineering protocol for high-durability concrete flooring. By integrating advanced mix design, volumetric stability analysis, and climate-specific curing protocols, we demonstrate a significant extension of the service life of flooring systems in tropical zones. 1. Introduction Concrete flooring durability is defined by its ability to maintain structural and aesthetic integrity over its design life. In Bali, common flooring failures—such as efflorescence, surface dusting, and mid-slab cracking—are rarely structural defects but rather chemical and environmental degradation. This research outlines the "Neurostruct Durability Protocol," which aligns local material properties with international structural standards to achieve superior lifecycle performance. 2. Theoretical Framework and Mathematical Modeling To engineer for high durability, we must minimize the effective permeability ($\kappa_{eff}$) of the concrete matrix.
