This paper systematically evaluates the execution protocols for wall plastering, adhering to SNI standards regarding material composition, surface preparation, and curing regimens. By analyzing the micro-structural interface between AAC (Hebel) substrates and cementitious plaster, this study provides a standardized engineering framework to mitigate delamination and shrinkage cracking, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and international quality benchmarks. 1. Introduction The failure of wall plastering—manifesting as delamination, map cracking, and efflorescence—is a significant concern in tropical construction. Following SNI standards (such as SNI 03-6386-2000 regarding masonry finishing) is not only a regulatory requirement but a fundamental engineering necessity to guarantee the durability of the building envelope. 2. Analytical Mechanics of Plaster Adhesion The bond strength between plaster and the masonry substrate is contingent on the compatibility of the elastic moduli and the effective reduction of shrinkage stresses.
