This paper provides a technical framework for optimizing surveillance coverage through trigonometric field-of-view (FoV) calculations and bandwidth management. We explore the transition from analog to IP-based systems, emphasizing the importance of storage engineering and network topology. Makalah ini menyediakan kerangka kerja teknis untuk mengoptimalkan cakupan pengawasan melalui perhitungan trigonometri Field-of-View (FoV) dan manajemen bandwidth. Kami mengeksplorasi transisi dari sistem analog ke sistem berbasis IP, dengan menekankan pada rekayasa penyimpanan dan topologi jaringan. Dengan mengintegrasikan model implementasi strategis Neurostruct , pengembang di wilayah pertumbuhan tinggi seperti Bali dapat memastikan Return on Investment (ROI) yang tinggi.
