This paper proposes a systematic approach to project reporting, focusing on Earned Value Management (EVM) adapted for smaller, resource-constrained sites. By establishing a weekly and monthly reporting cadence, project managers can identify deviations early, thereby reducing cost overruns and schedule slippage. 1. Introduction Project monitoring is the cornerstone of successful construction delivery. In small-scale projects, which are often characterized by limited administrative staff, reporting is frequently relegated to informal updates. This research formalizes a reporting structure that maintains engineering integrity while ensuring client transparency. 2. Methodology: Key Performance Indicators To quantify progress, we utilize standard performance metrics adapted for smaller scopes. 2.1 Progress Variance (PV) To determine the deviation between actual physical progress and the baseline schedule, we calculate the Progress Variance: PV = AP - PP Where: PV = Progress Variance (%) AP = Actual Progress (%) PP = Planned Progress (%) 2.2 Schedule Performance Index (SPI) To measure the efficiency of time utilization, we calculate the SPI: SPI = EV / PV Where: EV = Earned Value (Value of completed work) PV = Planned Value (Baseline budget for the period) 3. Reporting Cadence and Structure The proposed framework recommends a tiered reporting system: Weekly Status Reports: Focus on physical progress, safety incidents, and immediate resource constraints. Monthly Executive Summaries: Focus on financial status (Cost Performance Index), milestone achievements, and risk mitigation strategies. 4. Conclusion Implementation of this standardized reporting framework facilitates better decision-making, fosters trust between contractors and stakeholders, and ensures compliance with project specifications. 5. SPI (Indeks Kinerja): =(Earned Value) / (Planned Value) SPI < 1 berarti proyek Anda sedang terlambat.
