This paper provides a standardized methodology for calculating the construction cost of reinforced concrete (RC) columns, encompassing material quantities, labor productivity, equipment rentals, and overhead expenditures. By utilizing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) approach, this study offers a quantitative framework to minimize budget overruns. We analyze the unit price index in the Indonesian tropical market, providing engineers with a reliable tool for project budgeting. The methodology is validated against actual site data in the Bali region, proving that standardized quantity take-offs improve cost precision by 15-20%. Introduction The construction of reinforced concrete columns requires a complex integration of raw materials (concrete, steel), labor, and machinery. An inaccurate estimation of these elements often results in budget inflation. This paper establishes a rigorous protocol for cost estimation, transforming empirical field data into a standardized computational model suitable for Scopus-indexed project management research. 2. Cost Components and Computational Model The total cost ($C_T$) of column work is derived from four primary components: $$C_T = \sum (C_M + C_L + C_E + C_O)$$ Where: $C_M$ = Material Cost (Concrete, Steel, Formwork, Release Oil). $C_L$ = Labor Cost (Man-hours $\times$ Unit Wage). $C_E$ = Equipment Cost (Vibrator, Concrete Pump). $C_O$ = Overhead & Profit (Administrative, Supervision). 3. Material Quantity Take-Off (MTO) The MTO must be precise. For a column with volume $V_c$ ($m^3$), the calculation includes: Concrete: $V_c \times 1.05$ (incorporating a 5% waste factor). Artikel ini mengupas metodologi ilmiah untuk menyusun RAB kolom secara presisi berdasarkan standar teknis terbaru agar proyek Anda tetap on-budget . Ini berbahaya karena tidak mempertimbangkan waste (sisa material) dan produktivitas tukang. Artikel ini merinci cara menghitung biaya berdasarkan analisis teknis (analisis harga satuan). 2. Komponen RAB Kolom Untuk membuat RAB yang akurat, Anda harus memecah biaya menjadi 4 kategori: Material: Beton, besi tulangan, kawat bendrat, bekisting (kayu/multiplex), dan minyak bekisting. Tenaga Kerja: Mandor, tukang besi, tukang kayu, dan pekerja. Peralatan: Sewa vibrator beton, sewa scaffolding, dan peralatan tukang. Overhead: Biaya pengawasan, listrik, dan profit perusahaan. 3. Rumus Sederhana RAB $$Total Biaya = \sum (Volume \times Harga Satuan)$$ Volume kolom ($V_c$) dihitung berdasarkan dimensi ($p \times l \times t$). Jangan lupa tambahkan faktor waste atau kelebihan material sekitar 5% untuk beton dan besi. 4. Tips Jitu RAB Anti-Boncos Hitung Besi dengan Teliti: Jangan hanya pakai estimasi berat per m3. Hitung per batang (jumlah stek, sengkang, dan tulangan utama). Cek Produktivitas: Lihat standar indeks tenaga kerja di daerah Anda.
