These defects are often the result of improper vibration, poor mix design, or differential settlement. This paper presents a systematic engineering framework for the diagnosis and repair of damaged concrete columns. We investigate three primary remediation techniques: non-shrink grout injection for honeycombing, epoxy resin injection for structural cracking, and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) jacketing for load-bearing restoration. By applying ACI 440 guidelines and SNI 2847 compliance standards, we demonstrate that structural restoration, when engineered correctly, can restore 95-100% of the original load-bearing capacity. Banyak pemilik bangunan langsung membungkus kolom dengan mortar biasa. Secara teknik, ini seringkali salah besar karena mortar biasa tidak memiliki kekuatan struktur. Artikel ini akan menjelaskan cara yang benar dan ilmiah. 2. Diagnosa Kerusakan Kolom Keropos: Terjadi karena beton kurang padat saat cor. Jika keroposnya dalam (sampai terlihat besi tulangan), ini wajib diperbaiki segera agar besi tidak karatan.
